Employee Focus An alarming trend in the technology sector is the tendency toward a 24-hour workday. That may be fine if a company doesn’t mind burning through employees like kindling, but at Blackstone we realize that this plan—as well as being inhumane—is extremely shortsighted.People are more productive with balance in their life, plain and simple.
