Quality Management Program (QMP)

Blackstone Technology Group's Dedicated Seaport-e Contract Management Team will be responsible for overall contract management, coordinatioin, reporting, and communications and will be reporting to our overall program manager. Our program manager is supported by a team who executes the day-to-day functions necessary for successful congract management including financial management and quality assurance reporting. The Task Order Project Managers directly manage task order (TO) execution activities, including cost, schedule, budget, project planning, staffing, training, deliverable review, quality control, and client communications. Project Managers shall report to the overall Program Manager. Blackstone is prepared to identify and accept performance areas in this area.

Blackstone Technology Group Commitment to a full time Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) to maintain quality control over the life cycle of projects. The QAS works independently of the Project Manager and reports directly to the Program Manager. The Program Manager will report status to the Program/Project Level Coordination and Steering Group and Executive Management Group.

Blackstone Technology Group Commitment to QMP: Our Teaming Partners have real world experience developing a solid rigorous quality management program for our Government clients. We are fully prepared to develop and implement a quality management program that will meet the expectations for the Services. Blackstone Technology Group will name a specific Quality lead at both the Program/Project Coordination and Steering level and the Executive Management Group level. The combined quality leads will be responsible for developing quality metrics and reporting on actual results on an ongoing basis.
